How does the onboarding process work?
Onboarding is a two-part process. During your first consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and your previous experiences, take you on a gym tour, complete a weigh-in, and conduct a movement assessment. Your second consultation includes a guided intro workout, a review of your movement assessment, and personalized recommendations to help you reach your goals.
Do you offer Group Classes/What time do classes start?
We don’t offer traditional group classes. You’ll train in a group setting, but everyone follows their own customized workout plan for their specific goals while being able to log all their sets, weights and reps in real time on their I pad—no waiting for equipment, and no cookie-cutter routines.
Do you offer Nutritional support?
Yes! We offer nutritional guidance. We don’t hand you a generic meal plan and wish you luck. We provide you strategic nutritional guidance built around your habits, schedule and goals.
