Getting Started

Questions about how to get started on your life-changing transformation?

How does the onboarding process work?

Onboarding is a two-part process. During your first consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and your previous experiences, take you on a gym tour, complete a weigh-in, and conduct a movement assessment. Your second consultation includes a guided intro workout, a review of your movement assessment, and personalized recommendations to help you reach your goals.
What happens once I sign up?

As soon as you sign up, we’ll get you scheduled for your first workout and orientation so you can hit the ground running.
What does the orientation include?

Orientation includes app setup and walkthrough, goal setting, schedule planning, and body measurements
How do booking sessions work?

You can book any time during our open hours—Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 10:30 PM, Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM (last booking at 1:30 PM), and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (last booking at 3:30 PM). Stations are available every 15 minutes (e.g., 6:00, 6:15, 6:30), and there’s always a coach on the floor to support you.

What does a workout consist of?

Each 55-minute workout includes a dynamic warm-up, activation (core, balance, bands), resistance training, and a cooldown stretch.
Do you offer group classes?

We don’t offer traditional group classes. You’ll train in a group setting, but everyone follows their own customized workout plan—no waiting for equipment, and no cookie-cutter routines.
Do you have personal training?

We offer a small-group personal training experience. While it’s not one-on-one, you’ll still receive individualized programming and hands-on support in every session.
How do the iPads work during workouts?

Each workout station has an iPad that displays your personalized workout. You’ll follow along step-by-step and log your sets, reps, weight, and duration in real time. It’s the ultimate tool for progress tracking and accountability.

Membership & Access

Questions about Membership Options and Access to the Gym?

What membership options are available?

We offer monthly memberships with 12 or 16 sessions per month (3–4 days per week). Each membership includes personalized programming, monthly progressions, two-way messaging with our coaching staff, and refreshment vouchers. Select memberships also include additional features such as nutrition coaching, premium booking, and more.
What is a “drop-in pack”?

Drop-in packs provide 55 minutes of access to your own personal workout station. Choose a program from our library or design your own. Available in single, 4-pack, or 8-pack options—perfect for added flexibility.
Can I work out beyond my scheduled sessions?

Yes! Your membership includes access to additional workouts that you can complete at your office, apartment gym, home, or wherever you are. Heading on vacation or a work trip? We’ve got you covered with workouts for every setting.

Equipment, Tech & Tools

What equipment is available?

Each of our 15 stations is fully equipped with dumbbells (5–50 lb), resistance bands, an iPad, and a workout bench. We have 9 Bench Stations that also include a TRX strap, BOSU balls, stability balls, and more. In addition, we offer 6 Rack Stations, complete with a Smith machine, cable system, squat rack, and every attachment you might need.
What tracking tools do you use?

We use iPads for real-time workout logging, Evolt 360 body scans for progress tracking, and the Trainerize app for workouts, nutrition, habits, and messaging.
Are there coaches on-site during workouts?

Yes!Certified coaches are always available during open hours to assist with form, provide modifications, and keep you motivated.
